Throughout the months of January and February, when the Hunter Valley is at its peak, First Creek Wines will host a series of Vintage Dinners in their Cellar Door overlooking the busy winery.
Learn about the various stages of grape processing and winemaking and hear first-hand how the 2016 vintage is comparing to those in the past.
A four course dinner will be prepared by a leading chef for a maximum of 20 people - each course will be matched to a bracket of First Creek Wines. Dinners will be held each Friday and Saturday evening from mid-January to the end of February.
